2 weeks old Nitro 5 i7 10th Gen Charging problem

hello every one . I just got my new nitro5  less than month  and yesterday I faced issue that my lap top connected to the charger but its not charging or charging lamp on . So I shutdown the laptop try to reset battery no pin hole . unstilled the battery from  device manager and restart . kept it over night no power in . same issue   i put the charger I hear the sound that its charging led is on in one minute or les  I hear the sound again that the charger unplugged and no charging . I remove  and put again  same 1 minute or less and beep sound no charging and  led off .  I try to charge while its shut down it worked  till 100%  and led become blue  once i turn it on  I hear the sound that charger is disconnected and led is off and no charging

Try to charge the unit by a different charger.
