Predator Helios 300 G3-572, Plugged in, but not detecting battery.

I recently installed windows 10 again on my laptop because i installed an SSD on it, the problem is that my battery says "connected", i'm spanish so it probably says just "plugged in" in english, i uninstalled the Battery drivers, and guiding myself with websites and stuff i opened the laptop to check if everything is fine, i followed some steps from here: https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/576882/how-to-replace-the-battery-for-predator-helios-300-g3-571-myself and https://www.cnet.com/tech/computing/how-to-fix-a-windows-10-laptop-thats-plugged-in-but-isnt-charging/ , after that i closed the laptop again, but seems like it didn't work cause it still isn't detecting the battery... does anyone know what could i do?

The only wonder i have is that maybe it has to do with the bios? It isn't updated, and i can't update it says something about an EFI mount Partition, and my laptop is on Legacy mode... i take it as last option because to do it i might have to install it again and ****.

Reset this PC and keep my files
1. Shutdown the unit. Press and hold alt+F10 key. Then turn ON the unit.
2. You will get a blue screen. Choose the option troubleshoot.
