hello everyone. so my laptop is Acer predator helios ph315-52 with GTX 1660TI, 16GB RAM, 356GB NVME, WINDOWS 10 PRO, INTEL CORE I7 9TH GEN. I have had this laptop for two years now and it has a problem that i haven't been able to fix yet. basically the laptop works very well when it plugged to charger in cases of stress, gaming and benchmark. but whenever the laptop is unplugged a little stress to it will throw blue screen of death (dxgfatal error and device power state most of the time). i have already tried the following many times and they didn't help. 1- clean installation of Windows 2- clean installation of the drivers (using DDU in safe mode) 3- updating windows and drivers 4- undervolting and removing undervolting 5-change the power mode to prefer maximum performance in both windows and Nvidia 6- fix the corrupted file using fixwin 7- swapping RAMs 8- resetting the battery

and the problem is not just the blue screen. after the blue screen restart, it fails to boot up again and I have to force shutdown plug in the charger and turn it back on. this has made me not be able to use the laptop without a charger. the video below is the laptop when gets a blue screen after less than two minutes of stress :
