Hello,

I bought an Acer Aspire 5 (A515-43-R19L) a few months ago back in February. I set it up and added more RAM as well as an SSD to it. I'm wondering if my device is compatible with Windows 11. The specs are down below.

CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200U
GPU: AMD Radeon Vega 3 Graphics
System Drive: HFM128GDJTNG-8310A 128GB
SSD: Samsung 860 Evo 500GB
RAM:
Crucial CT8G4SFRA266.C8FE 2x8GB (16GB Installed, 14 GB available)

Please let me know if my PC is compatible with Windows 11.

Thanks for any help.

Yes, New windows 11 is compatible with your laptop and you will get update soon when Microsoft roll out update for Windows 10 users.

If you want to check then here is windows 11 recommended requirements-

    Processor:

1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processor or System on a Chip (SoC)

    (Ryzen 5 3200U √)

    RAM:

    4 gigabyte (GB)

     (16GB ram √)

    System firmware:

    UEFI, Secure Boot capable

(New system support this feature √)

    TPM:

Trusted Platform Module (TPM) version 2.0

(New system support this feature √)

    Graphics card:

    Compatible with DirectX 12

    (Vega 3 is DirectX 12 GPU √)

(If you want to check tpm version then Open the Device Manager and look for a node called “Security devices“. Expand it and see if it has a “Trusted Platform Module 2.0” listed.)
