Acer Nitro AN515-51-59W0 won’t boot after hibernation

My Acer Nitro V (Nitro AN515-51-59W0 Notebook) won’t boot after hibernation. Sometimes I press the power button it won’t work. And then after a few minutes the keyboard light come on and I see the acer logo; then it turns off after 3 seconds again. It’s like a loop. Please I need help ASAP!

    Have you tried to update the drivers on the intel and nvidia website? What is the bios version? Are there any external usb devices connected when you put windows to sleep?

    Hi Savagee,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    ​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
    3. You will be in setup utility page. 
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself. 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​
