I was updating my DISPLAY ADAPTER from Intel download center (Version: 30.0.100.9684) for Windows 11 Support & my unit is i3 1005G running windows 10 21h1.
After I did the update, when I click again Update driver via Device Manager It rolled back to version
27.20.100.8783.
How to update without problems?

    Hey @BlackClouds

I understand that you're trying to install W11 on your computer, great! But why do you want to sort out the display adapter driver if you're thinking about upgrading the OS? W11 supports a lot of processors and MSFT has made it in a way it can be run through few low end CPU's as well, so no worries. It can run in yours with no issues, installing the W11 would by default install the required Display drivers.

What exactly do you hope to achieve by upgrading to latest drivers? Windows 10 does not need or benefit from Windows 11 drivers. If/when you intend to upgrade to Windows 11, the installer will handle all the required updates for you.
