No help from tech support.

Power on but only keyboard backlight.
Battery connection and removal sound.
Moderate heat. (Passive cooled)
No response from any buttons.

Have tried.
Button bios reset
Battery removal

No luck.

I have read models you can boot from USB containing the first  bios files. The files on the website are no help as they are all exes.

If the BIOS is really bricked then it needs a trip to the repair depot for them to reprogram it.

    Hi Greg77,

    Try to do power drain,

    1. Shutdown the unit.
    2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
    3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds.
