Not only that I have to use the vga cable for my pc and when I am connecting the same with my pc....I am not getting the fhd resolution. So I have to bring it back to 1600x900. And if I am setting it to fhd...the display is like a little dull. Pl sort this issue. Anybody to help.

    Hi @Diprock
Resolution issue may happens because of cables , so better you have a try with Display port cable (DP) , so it may gives you a better resolution and for the sound issue try power on self test ,disconnect all the cables  from the monitor and hold down the power button for 15 sec and also try updating the drivers in your computer .
hope it will help you in someway.

There are many different HA220Q models, there should be a bunch of letters or numbers following the model series number, like HA220Q Bbix (I think the Bbix is a USA model without speakers). What video source is on the computer, does it support FHD over the VGA port? The issue might be with the cable and might be with your video card...
