Acer nitro 5 AN515-44 performance issue !!! For normal use its fine but while gaming its different

This is my Acer Nitro 5 and I am having performance Issue !! For normal use its fine but while gaming its different !! I play Apex legends the most and secondly Valorant but the FPS i get is not up to the point !! My friend has the same PC as mine. All specs are same but runs way better than mine !!
MY PC GIVES :: APEX LEGEND FPS ON LOWEST SETTING : 60 to 70 !!  Valorant 70 to 82 at most !!
my friend has never had fps issue and is stable all times his pc provides {FPS ON LOWEST SETING} :: APEX LEGEND : 112 to 144 fps !! Valorant : 132 to 144 !!
My laptop has been bought for only 3 months and his is a year old but why the performance issue ?? 
My drivers are up to date even my windows version is licensed but his is not even activated anymore and he doesn't care about driver update and never updates !!
I did all kinds of optimisation but no improvement i play on SSD and he plays on HDD. Mine should perform better but his performs better !!
What do i do to make this laptop work???? help me please !!! I am annoyed and i can't get to the store due to pandamic !!!
IF this problem is not fix i will go to acer dealer who sold me this and throw it in his face if it is not solved !! 
PLEASE HELP ME !! THIS LAPTOP IS PERFORMING ABSOLUTE GARBAGE !!

I am really sorry for the inconvenience.   I will do my best to help you.. 

You  can always  do a refresh and reset.   These are steps to do the refresh and reset .. 

Once it is done..  install the game  ... Play the game and check.. 


click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started 

or 

on start - type here to search - type reset this pc - click on reset this pc on the top  - click on get started 

It will show you keep my files and remove every thing


chose keep my files 
chose the account - type the password - click on local reinstall - click on reset 
It will be in progress.. 
login to computer and start using the computer. 

If it is still not working 

click on start - settings - update and security - recovery - reset this pc - get started 
chose remove everything 
click on local reinstall - just remove my files - click on reset  - It will be in progress..   You can also try "fully clean the drive" as a last option. 

If you do refresh ( keep my files ) -  all your personal files like pictures, music , documents , videos  will still be intact.   Only the applications will be lost 

 

If you do reset  ( remove everything )  - you are doing a factory default.   It will become like a day one computer.    It will wipe out everything and take your computer to day one like a new computer.


Once it is done..  install the game  ... Play the game and check..   


Even after recovery if you are facing the issue then upgrade will be the next option...

Please visit the website  given below .  There is an option to  "start your scan "  and " select your computer " .   Please chose the options and try it.   It will show you the memory and SSD’s details and the best upgrade options for you..

If your laptop is in warranty you can contact the warranty dept.     Go to the website support.acer.com - chose your country.   On the new page - scroll down -  click on "contact support".  Scroll down.  You can find the phone no to contact the warranty dept.
