nitro 5 external speakers/microphones, they flicker enabled and disabled in sound settings.

I use a acer nitro 5 and only started experiencing this issue when for some reason my sound wasn't working. I eventually fixed the issue by installing new drivers for my speakers, but now I have this issue. When I use headphones everything is fine, but when I try to use my blue yeti microphone, it will ether flicker or not pop up at all. same goes for my webcam with a built in mic. I also tried using external speakers to watch movies but those started to flicker too. so i went into sound setting and saw my devices where being enabled and disabled really fast. I tried everything by now and I cant seem to fix the issue.

Sometimes a simple system restore will fix the issue.. 

Try windows x
click on power shell admin or command prompt admin 
type rstrui
chose an earlier date on which your computer was working fine  
click on next, finish, yes
It will restore your computer to an earlier date 
if you get an message - system restore not completed - click on close 
It will show you all the icons..

Try and check whether it is working now ..
