    That option is usually for non UEFI Operating System. If you install an OS that is not UEFI, that option will be available. But you don't have to worry about that option being greyed out, it doesn't affect much in terms of performance.

    i want to boot from USB stick, it wont detect my USB,

    TOO MANY OPTIONS IN THE BIOS ARE GREYED OUT.
    WHO THE HELL DECIDED THIS IS A GOOD IDEA.

    It's easy to boot from a USB, there is no reason to do anything with CSM. Just disable secure boot in the BIOS and enable the F12 boot menu. With that setup you should be able to boot any UEFI compliant OS from a flash drive.

    thats the thing, BIOS was locked to boot in UEFI,
    in BIOS "boot CSM:  NEVER"

    i wanted to boot my BOOTCD USB , it wont detect USB as boot.
    in BIOS ,it show there is a USB but in boot Menu , its not listed.

    That sounds like the BootCD isn't setup as UEFI. Do you have one that's newer than ten years old or so? I k now Hiren's has been upgraded to support W10 systems.
