swift SF314-43 Is this a factory defect? (Cycle Count, Not Appearing)

Should I have my laptop replaced while it's still in the 7-day replacement? The cycle count is not appearing despite charging 4 times now. (The last charge was from 100% to 7% btw. I tried calibrating it) Also is it normal for the full charge capacity to decrease by that large?

Thanks all in advance for your answers!

Yeah, that's not unusual, Windows isn't really very good at keeping track of battery stats.

    Hi Solomon_18,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.
