Hi, Yes, don't delete Windows.old folder and you can revert back to Windows 10, you can also backup your current installation with Macrium Reflect free, create a bootable USB disk, if you don't like Win11, you can boot with the recovery USB disk and recover the Win10 image on to the hard drive. https://www.macrium.com/reflectfree
As an extra precaution, make sure you always have a copy of your recovery media for W10. When 10 came out I deleted the previous OS files because "I NEED TO RECLAIM THAT SPACE!" and had to reinstall W8 with the recovery 😆.
