Replacing Spin SP314-53N Stylus

Hello! I have a Spin SP314-53N that I use primarily for art, through programs like Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint. I've had it for a little over a year, and for the past month or so I've been having problems with the stylus (I think it's a NC.23811.06F, but I'm not sure how to confirm this). At first, the problem was connectivity - I couldn't get the stylus to respond no matter how long I let it charge. Eventually I was able to fix this problem by recalibrating my pen settings a few times. At some point last week, however, the small black casing around the stylus nib (not the stylus itself) cracked, and now the casing has almost completely fallen off. While the stylus still works, I'm not confident it's going to last given these recent problems. I want to replace the stylus, and I know there have been other topics made regarding this issue, but I need a stylus capable of pressure sensitivity that I can use specifically for art. I've seen mention that Wacom AES pens may serve as replacements? And I'm also aware of the stylus being sold on the Acer website, but I wanted to ask here for advice before putting the money down for either.

Thank you!

IIRC There are different versions of the AES type digitizers, but I may be getting them confused with the EMR digitizers instead... :) If they are all based on AES 1.0 you shouldn't have any problem with any of them, other than they won't fit into the dock.

You have the right part number: Acer Active Stylus Pen ACS-57S NC.23811.06F. Is there a chance the pen is getting discharged? It charges when you put it in it's slot with the computer powered on, but if you use the computer mostly with the pen then it's not going to be in the slot too often except when powered down. With the damage you are seeing I'd likely plan on replacing it even if the other problems are just from the battery getting low. If you purchase a different AES pen, it most likely will not fit in the slot and therefore will probably have a replaceable AAAA battery.

Thank you! I actually just ended a chat with Tech Support, and they gave me the contact information for the spare parts agent. So I've emailed them to see if I can buy a 1:1 replacement. That being said, are any AES pens compatible with the laptop? Say if I bought one branded by Lenovo or LG, would I be able to use it? That might be a dumb question, I'm just unsure of how this all works.
