I have acer spin 5 Intel core i7 Windows 10, when the system goes in sleep mode, some times won't wake up, only the power and keyboard  are light up and system also very hot during this time, could you please kindly resolve the issue. Thanks

I suggest try to set up your power settings, first, it worked for me, go to the settings -power and sleep- additional power settings- change plan settings- change advanced power settings then on “sleep” and check if the  “the hybrid sleep” is off.

Those symptoms are usually due to an app that's not playing well with others. The system tells the app to sleep, but the app doesn't do it well, so when the system goes to wake up the app blocks it. Try testing in safe mode to verify...
