Acer Nitro AN 515-44 Roblox lagging and high ping. Help Needed

I just buy this laptop last month (Acer Nitro AN 515-44). In the beginning, I play Roblox very smooth and fast. Then, yesterday, when I playing Roblox, it's disonnected (the first time since I buy this laptop). When I reload the Roblox page, it's load really slow (Youtube or discord still load normally). Then after it's loaded, I rejoin, it fails (Fail to launch, code 610, code 769, ID 17....), after lots of tries, I can join the game but the ping is really high (usually more than thousands ms). I've tried many ways from the internet like reset, reinstall Roblox, change the Power plan to high-performance, install reduce lag app (rbxfpsunlocker),.... but can't do anything better (I can still play CS:GO normally). So, is this problem because of the Roblox or the Laptop (I'm using ESET internet security too). Anyone knows please help me fix it. Thank you.

You can try to disable or uninstall the ESET first.

So everything except Roblox is working fine and you are asking here what is wrong?

I did it, Roblox launch faster but the ping is still high.

Again, how this is related to the laptop and why are you asking here and not the Roblox support?

I had a similar issue with high ping in Roblox a while back. What worked for me was connecting my laptop directly to the router using an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi—made a big difference in stability and ping.

Also, double-check if Windows Defender or other background processes are hogging your network. If all else fails, Roblox’s support team might be able to help with account-related issues tied to those error codes.
