I understand these were in RAID 0, ie. mirroring
Can i remove one /or swap them over and get the system to boot ?
The BIOS sees both drives at start up but will not boot, I mean surely that is what mirroring is for, when one drive fails.

I will end up replacing the drives with some new ones, Crucial or Samsung.
I will get an external USB M2 case for the rebuild I suppose, might also replace the 2nd HD with a 2Tb SSD, is that possible ?

Any recomendations folks ?

Mirroring is so that you always have a valid backup of your data if one gets corrupted but the computer will not boot from it when the O drive gets corrupted unless told to in bios. And if you set up another Raid system and use a 2 TB NVME drive as the second drive, Plus a 2 TB is 4 times the cost of a 1 TB. If your machine has a drive bay also like the Predator, buy the 1 TB NVME and a 2.5" 1 TB. I feel half of the drive might go wasted unless there is a way to partition it into 2 drives and do it that way. I am not familiar with Raid.
What was wrong with the original setup. It can't just be reloaded with a good copy of Win 10 from USB?
