Lagging and boot up problem nitro 5 AN515-43

Hey guys, i am having a really bad problem here. My laptop ( Acer nitro 5 AN515-43 Ryzen 5 3550H with 8gb ram and GTX 1650 and 512gb SSD) is having a tough time loading up everything (and i mean EVERYTHING). Whenever i start my laptop, it takes more time than usual to boot up and after starting, it gets really slow and lags when opening different apps. Can't even watch youtube. Is there any way i can fix this. Its been only three months that i bought this laptop. I even disabled startup apps but still not working. ( P.S. I have almost 375gb free space and have my windows updated and drivers too). Also my ram shows 5.94 gb usable out of 8gb. Is that a problem cause when i checked my task manager, it shows about 45% usage out of 5.1gb ram. What should i do. Plzz help

# Try to get the BIOS page.

1. Turn OFF the unit.

​2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit. 
3. You will be in setup utility page. 
4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
7. Your unit will restart by itself.
