the Bluetooth on my Aspire VX 15 stopped working suddenly (post windows update). How can I restore the Bluetooth capability/function. The drivers I found and installed were 2016 and don't seem to be working anymore. The computer says "Bluetooth is not available on this device. Try using an external adapter..." Why would that occur and how can I fix it? Help!

Open Control Panel. Search 'restore point'. Click 'create a restore point' in left pane. If System Protection is turned on in the box that pops up, click System Restore button. Click next. Check for the automatic restore point with a date time stamp that coincides with when you lost BT. To temporarily prevent the errant update from re-installing till a future update fixes it, you can still download the update hide tool from the tenforums site.
