Nitro AN515-55 Wifi constantly dropping out
Soon after buying my nitro the wifi is constantly dropping out for a few seconds and then reconnecting. It has been getting worse over the last couple of days. I have tried a few things:
- updating the drivers manually from the acer website
- adjusting the power management to not turn the network devices off to save power
Other devices connected to my network do not have this problem.
My network devices are as follows:
- Intel wifi 6 AX201
- killer E2600 (I believe this is for ethernet connections?)
The dropouts are only for a few seconds but they have been happening a lot more frequently, at least 4-5 times a day.
Checking the properties of AX201 shows that there was an event device not started, and following that event a device was configured event right after.
I have also recently updated windows 10.
The computer specifications are as follows:
- core i7-10750h @ 2.6ghz
- Nvidia geforce rtx 3060
- 16gb ram
