Which RAM should I buy? Nitro 5 (AN515-52

Hi! I'm currently havin' some problems with my Nitro 5 (AN515-52-58Y0 - I5 8300H/1050 Ti), to be more specific, my laptop gives me BSODs, it's stuttering in games & frame drops. The temps are pretty normal (think so), like around 70-75°C CPU, 50-60°C GPU. And, because that's not enough, I also hear a high pitch noise comming from RAM/SSD area, and I think the problem is with the m.2 SSD because I reinstalled my OS (after many other things I did to resolve the problem) on the SATA port SSD and the system it's more stable (still have some micro-stutter) and when I checked and wiped my m.2 SSD (with EaseUS), the sound stopped, but it reappeared when it was finished. I really hope that the SSD is the problem, not the mobo. Anyway, I'll send it to the Acer as soon I finish my exams to solve the SSD problem since I still have warranty.

What I really want is to upgrade my RAM. I already have 8GB 2666MHz CL19 SK Hynix stick and I want to replace it with some faster memory like HyperX Impact 2x8GB 2666MHz CL15 dual-channel. I plugged one into (borrowed from a friend who already bought it) and in the CPU-Z shows that it works at fully 2666MHz (so, my system supports XMP?). It's gonna be unstable with this type of RAM, cuz' I'm really tired of dealing with constant crashes and BSODs? Or the Corsair Vengeance 2x8GB 2666MHz CL18 dual-channel? 

I'm using my laptop for gaming an CAD.

Oh, I forgot to mention, that temperatures are in-game temps.
In idle it stays at 40-45°C or less.
