Webcam Troubleshooting ! The laptop camera lights up but nothing appears

Hello Everyone, My problem became apparent when I tried using Zoom.  A camera app isn't detecting my camera. When the camera is turned on and the light comes on, no image appears on the screen. As well, I upgraded the webcam settings and driver for the system, but still, the room light remains on and it says everything is working fine. But in reality, nothing can be seen in it. My problem is that I have no idea how to fix it. Would anyone be able to tell me how to fix this?

Hi @sahith,

Go to Privacy, Press and hold "Window + I" and Find the Privacy. From there, Find the "camera access for this device is on" make sure it turns on. On the left pane, Find the camera of what application you want to enable.
