    acer Predator Helios 300 Core i7 10th Gen Graphics/NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060) PH315-53
    facing battery issue, laptop not working without connecting charger, trying to reset battery through pin hole, as suggested by customer acre, but didn't get any pin hole. Is this there any particular model which have pin hole or it is in all type of model. model no. of my lapto is PH315-
    53. it is 10 days old laptop. any body can help thanks

    Some of the computers the pin hole will be absent so instead of that you can press and hold the power button for 9 seconds or 30 seconds so the battery reset will be done.
    Try it and then check with computer please. Good luck.

    Try window x on the desktop screen
    go to device manager
    You can even go to device manager by pressing the windows key and r  - type devmgmt.msc  on the run window
    It will show you a list of devices
    Expand Battery
    Right click - uninstall all the items below battery 
    Restart the computer

    Hi NkSingh,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.

    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically". 

    Check this T/S and post the result. ​
