screen problem Nitro AN515-52

so yesterday night i was watching gameplay on yt , when i tried to go fullscreen there were big horizontal lines on the top of my screen and the screen frizzed so i decided to restart it and it was gone but after 4 mins it again came back i reset my windows and again in the Morning i watched some yt videos to fix this problem i even went and disabled windows reporting service but it still happened but it took 3 hrs this time to happen . finally i found an idea , i uninstalled my display graphics card i.e. intel uhd 630 and restarted my laptop and when i opened it it was using using windows own gpu then after sometime intel uhd again came now it hasn't happened yet so is my problem solved , was it because of the intel uhd version ? P.S no hardware damage on screen model

We need to determine whether it is a hardware or software issue. Turn on the computer , tap f2 ( del for desktop computer ) to go to bios. Please stay on the bios screen for 30 mins. Check whehter you are getting any lines on the bios screen. If you are not getting lines it is a operating system issue other wise it is a hardware issue.
