Your question doesn’t really make any sense as it depends on the specs of your Predator G3-710 that either comes with the 2.7GHz Intel Core i5-6400 CPU only then it has only 1x fan but and if it comes with a specific graphics card of the likes of the AMD’s Radeon R7 360 card then the graphics card has a fan also and should be spinning. All this depends on your G3-710 desktop model and options that you have (as there are a few models). If you have a specific GPU card model then you can’t see the GPU fan as its not visible when you open the cases side cover you have to look underneath the GPU card if the fan is spinning. Check that and give us more details.

The G3-710 has a connector for a case fan, and mounting holes as well, but doesn't have that fan installed by default. It's an optional upgrade that's usually not needed.
