unable to Find HDD on swift 3 - SF315-5G-516F

I Have 125 GB SSD and 1 TB HDD - OS-windows 10 is running on SSD.

was working fine till yesterday - was unable to access files from d drive - for example a video took 15 mins to open and play .

restarted the system - post that unable to find HHD -on  This PC -  D and E drive are not present.

Intel rapid storage system - gives error - screenshot attached.

Device manager - had 2 hard disk drivers before restarting and  it has only one now - screenshot attached. 

disk management shows only disk (0).-screenshot attached.

diskpart -> list volume - screenshot attached please

    i need few files that are present in disk , is there any way that i can access those files to back it up ?

    Some drives just fail after a while, with typically no visible reason. Perhaps there was a shock to the system while it was running. It will be more reliable to replace it with a SSD. You might be able to get the files off by connecting it externally through a USB port but it's more likely that what was on there is now gone. The only way to tell is to try. At least your SSD is still working good, so you're not looking at dealing with either cloning a bad drive or reinstalling everything from scratch. This is why you are supposed to be doing regular backups...
