DVI Monitor plugged into Mini Display Port not recognized PH315-53

This is a brand new Predator PH315-53 laptop. The monitor is recognized when plugged into the Mini Display Port on two other laptops.
Is there perhaps a setting on this machine that I need to adjust for that Mini Display Port to work?
The laptop has two Graphics Devices: (1) Intel(R) UHD Graphics (2) NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
