    What do you want to do as just saying "No Bootable Device |only UEFI ,not legacy (idont have it)" is very basic, what are you trying to do and/or achive? Are you trying to put a boot drive with an MBR/Legacy mode and boot from that? give us more details. 

    The BIOS setting in "Main" only has two SATA Mode settings - [RST with Optane] or  [AHCI] which Determines how STAT controller(s) operate. the default value is [RST with Optane]. Go into BIOS Main section and change it to AHCI and then change secure boot setting and you will be able to enable Legacy Mode, try that.

    In the BIOS information page is the unit HDD is showing. ​

    Boot using the Windows install flash drive and use the Repair option to view the system disk. Do all four partitions show OK? Can you read and write files to them?
