PredatorSense Crashing/Lighting Section not working - Acer Predator Helios 700 (PH717-71)

Hello.

     I recently restarted my machine (Acer Predator Helios 700 (PH717-71)), and all of a sudden, PredatorSense seems to be bugged.  I've attached a screenshot to show what I'm talking about.  When I start the computer, the keyboard will not assign to a lighting profile, instead, it does the random startup lighting that happens before PredatorSense engages.  When I go to try and set lighting for the keyboard, I get what the screenshot shows.  Any attempt to click on Heat Pipe or Touchpad results in a crash of the program.  Attached also is a recent DXDiag.  If anyone has any idea how to help I'd appreciate it.

All other tabs in PredatorSense seem to work fine.

Issue fixed by uninstalling and reinstalling the utility
