I believe your PC uses Intel CPU and Intel chipset BIOS. Do you have the Intel Driver and Support Assistant installed in your laptop?
If not, go download that program from Intel site and run it. That should detect the missing drivers and will offer to download and install the drivers.

Could be the chipset driver , could we grab the full model number of your unit? It will either be on the support page, or from the AMD website

    Glad that I can help.

A few days ago I was building my new i5-11500 CPU PC and I struggled to find a missing driver that was not provided by the driver DVD from the motherboard manufacturer (ASUS). I almost determined that I needed to return the motherboard, even after I installed and run the Driver and Support Assistant. Later on I had to change the BIOS setting to have the problem resolved.
