Acer Nitro 50 CPU fan gets loud and makes REALLY LOUD GRINDING noise Whenever my cpu goes over 40%

My question is how can I fix my fan from getting so loud and making that annoying grinding noise and is it safe to change my fan curve on argus monitor software and also what is causing the problem. Btw the fan only makes the grinding noise whenever my cpu is going over 40% I checked my cpu fan temp and the cpu stays at a consistent 30 c or 40 c when I am not doing anything but when I render a video it goes to 60 c or 70 c

Try to open and clean your fans. Also put some lubricant if needed. If it's still makes annoying sounds then you should get a new replacement.
