reset acer spin 1 without password/login

I was donated a computer for clients to use at my job but i don't have the password and would like to just reset it for use.  I tried the alt/f10/power procedure but it justs brings me to the regular log in screen.  Is there another way to reset it?

I do understand your concern, there is another way to do reset .
>In your login page at the bottom you have power icon click on it and you will  get restart option then press and hold shift key on your keyboard ,select restart(keep holding shift key )you will get choose an option screen ,select trouble shoot >select reset this pc >select remove everything (it will be delete everything from your computer ).

We are not allowed to provide information regarding defeating security. That suggestion should not work without being able to give credentials with high enough privilege to do the reset. You need to go back to the donor and get the correct password, then use that to do the reset.
