battery shows full charge when plugged in, dies when unplugged due to low battery - Swift sf314-52g

When my sf314-52g is plugged into a power source the blue indicator light shows full battery. It also reads "100% Fully Charged". However, the moment I unplug it from the power source the computer dies because the battery is low and I only see the amber light flashing. The weird thing is when I plug it, I don't see the stable amber light indicating charging but I see blue light indicating full charge.
Previously I had to recalibrate my battery.
What I have tried so far:
-Battery reset pin below my laptop
-Uninstalling + reinstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery driver, looking for updates
-Updated windows
-Resetting from the power button
Is my battery dead and do I need to invest in a new battery? Or is this an OS/driver-related issue?

Go to the elevated command prompt.  Enter 'powercfg /batteryreport'. Then return to the desktop. Open file explorer. Then search for' battery-report.html' in the c:\windows\system32\ sub-folder. Double-click to open it in the browser. Post screenshot of the first part of the report if possible that compares design full charge capacity with its remaining full charge capacity. Jack E/NJ

Open Device Manager again and uninstall ALL the drivers you find in the batteries folder. Then exist Device Manager without reinstalling anything. Then open Control Panel. Search 'button'. Click 'change what the power buttons do' in left pane. Click 'change settings that are currently unavailable' Scroll down an uncheck the box for fast startup if not already unchecked. Then shutdown Windows normally. Then unplug the charger. Then insert the paperclip into the reset pinhole again, this time for 60 seconds. Then plug the charger back in and wait for the battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue. Then turn the laptop back on again. Then shutdown Windows normally again. Then turn it back on and test the battery alone after the battery charge LED turns steady blue.

'wait for the battery charge LED to turn from steady orange to steady blue' after doing the previous steps when I plugged the charger back in I directly saw the steady blue and the problem persists :(

Internal battery charge regulatorprobably failed. Google part no " KT.0040G.006   " for vendors who ship to your location. About $40USD
