Hello, so for a while now, Predator Sense hasn't been opening on my laptop. I have a PH315-53, and I first noticed that it was giving trouble when it wouldn't open after I rebooted and shut down and startup my laptop. At first, my first thoughts were to go to the official Acer site and redownload predator sense. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and it worked for a while after. But a few days ago the problem started back. I uninstalled it, reinstalled it and rebooted several times but it didn't seem to help. I also realised that when I reinstalled it wouldn't appear in the window's search bar. If you know how to fix the issue please let me know as it would be of great help to me. I am going to see if an older version of Predator Sense will work on my laptop.

Thanks for your time.

    Hi Michael26317,

Are you getting any error code on the screen.

No, it just launches, shows the apps logo and then crashes. Also, after I try to launch it and the logo goes away, if I attempt to launch it again, it just gives me the blue loading circle on my mouse for a split second and then just repeats the process

    Hi Michael26317,

    # Try to get the BIOS page.
    1. Turn OFF the unit.
    2. Press and hold the F2 key and turn on the unit.
    3. You will be in setup utility page.
    4. Once you got the screen release the F2 key.
    5. Tap on F9 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    6. Tap on F10 key and hit enter key without changing the option.
    7. Your unit will restart by itself.

Check this T/S and post the result.

So what will this do? Will it attempt to fix it? Also, I got an older version of Predator Sense to work on my laptop, although I cant customize the keyboard it will allow me to change the fan speeds and other things with the device. I will try this

I am currently having the same issue where it will display the logo and soon after it crashes, I have uninstalled the version I was using at that time went back and downloaded the official driver from the acer website and it still does that. I have also did the command prompt as an admin with 'lodctr /R' and that didn't work either. The keyboard part really isn't an issue it's more along the lines of no fan control and all the other useful stuff.
