Hi,
Download and install CPU-z, run it and find out the specs of the current 8GB module, buy 16GB module with same specs, avoid any modules with XMP profiles, like HyperX or Corsair modules because you shouldn't mix XMP profile enabled modules with JEDEC profile modules, as for the M.2 SSD, you can use a M.2 NVMe SSD up to 1TB in each slot.
CPU-Z | Softwares | CPUID
Amazon.in: Buy Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB PCIe NVMe M.2 (2280) Internal Solid State Drive (SSD) (MZ-V7S500) Online at Low Prices in India | Samsung Reviews & Ratings
