I think it's only available as an erecovery disk from the Acer store . Or you can use the windows medica creation tool and re install the drivers from the support site :)

I would agree with @Leostat that using Windows Media Creation Tool to re-install Windows will be a good idea.
People who has the first system image done already will have personal data on it, not likely to share with you.

    Go to this link:
    https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
    go to the

Create Windows 10 installation media section to download the tool.

Run that Media Creation tool to install. Don't worry about the Windows product key, as it is embedded in the motherboard.
Win 10 can see this Digital License.

@ttttt @Leostat Thanks but not all drivers are available on the official site. I've already checked. Also in power options, Acer power is missing and QuickAccess is not starting in startup, many things like company provided when it was new.

Acer power? I don't recognise that one, what did it do?

If you don't mind the faff I don't mind going through tracking down any missing software or drivers for you just may take a bit of time, else it's a erecovery drive I'm afraid

@ttttt @Leostat Actually, the problem started when I've bought Acer Aspire A715-42G laptop recently and it wasn't working well and I've figured out that clock speed of CPU was locked at 0.40 GHz and when I have shown this to technician of the shop from where I had bought this laptop he totally formatted Windows 10 with pirated copy and guess the problem wasn't solved it was still at 0.40 GHz then I've figured out that Acer recently launched BIOS update which fixed this issue. My issue is now solved but I want original system image from Acer. Please help me, if you can provide me bootable iso or custom recovery image of Acer Aspire A715-42G. Stores here are closed for another next 2-3 months and I don't want to go outside and take risk. Thus, I'm looking for help in an online mode only. Please don't ignore, help!

I can't provide an image as the only way is to buy one,

Acer care centre is available here:
    https://global-download.acer.com/GDFiles/Application/Acer Care Center/Acer Care Center_Acer_4.00.3002_W10x64_A.zip?acerid=636892674431443864&Step1=NOTEBOOK&Step2=ASPIRE&Step3=ASPIRE A515-52G&OS=ALL&LC=de&BC=ACER&SC=EMEA_8

If you let m know what drivers are missing I can track them down for you. I don't think the power app is supported as I've not come across it before

As o sad more than happy to help you get it up and running :)

@Leostat There is an application called QuickAccess which was starting at startup when laptop wasn't formatted but after installation I've installed QuickAcces from official site but it's not starting in startup. QuickAcess has blue light shield which is much better than Windows 10 inbuilt Night light. They somehow encapsulated the executable. The problem is every time I need to open QuickAcces and it takes about 30 seconds to load, don't know why that slow? All I want is that QuickAccess must start in startup. But if you can solve my issue it would be great.

To make it start on start up, open an explorer window to
    shell:startup

In another explorer window navigate to
    C:\Program Files\WindowsApps\AcerIncorporated.QuickAccess_3.0.3018.0_x64__48frkmn4z8aw4\Win32

Copy QuickAccess.exe and QALauncher.exe   and paste them as shortcuts (not the full exe) into the shell:startup folder, should look like this:

On the next boot windows will start the apps while winodws is loading :)

@Leostat I've already tried this method. The thing is every time I boot Windows I got a notification called Bluelight Shield Enabled Low Reduction. Whenever I check the Windows notification or Open display settings from Windows Settings it automatically turns off. Also, I've already tried to turn off QuickAcces notification but whenever I'm opening notification or display settings it turns off automatically :(
    Any fixes on this?

I would lean towards just blocking the notification as you said, you should be able to get rid of them in the windows settings . That sounds like a bit more of a bug in afraid, and I don't have a machine I can test it on as the app won't load for me!

Are there any settings about automatically changing it in the app at all?

Can you access the Restore Menu when using ALT+F10 (or ALT+Fn+F10) at boot up? If not, using a bootable flash drive or Win 10 Repair Disc will do that too.

I would recommend you to Reset your PC with the Restore Menu, so as to bring it back to the new PC condition. If the technician messed up your original Windows product key ( I doubt he did that), try get a third party Windows 10 license Product Key ready, probably you can get it at very reasonable price. I got three Win 10 Pro licenses for my new PC build at a low price that I could not believe.

As far as driver's concern, there are mainly three sources.
    1) Win 10, and you will get updates automatically if you set it up for auto update
    2) Intel drivers. Download the Intel Drivers and Support Assistant from the Intel site, and it will do the update notification to you,      upgrade Intel drivers as you want.
I just finished my built of an 11th generation CPU PC, but consistently one driver was still missing and messing things up.
Eventually I downloaded the Intel Drivers and Support Assistant and had it downloaded the missing driver and the problem was gone.
    3) Acer drivers from Acer. I think you can get the drivers from Drivers and Manuals under the Assistance by Acer in the right pane here.

As for the Quick Access, I think it is a Win 10 File Explorer feature. I intentionally disabled that feature for my PCs.
  • @Chinmay77In what country do you live? US users can purchase erecovery from acer's online store.
