Power cable fell out at first power up. Corrupted OS - Predator PO3-620

Once I had unpacked my new system, I guess I didn't have the power cable pushed in to the power supply tight enough and when Windows was going through it's first run procudure, the power cable fell out. This happened a few times before I pushed it in tighter.
How do I reinstall Windows on this system? I just want to use the OEM recovery and wipe out all the possibly corrupted files.

For example:
My RTX 2060 decided to stop working.
"Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)".

Is there a way to identify what problems it's reporting?

Check the power port in the unit is there any blocking ?

No. I didn't press it in hard enough.

Update:
Ran SFC /scannow
and chkdsk /f
Removed the RTX 2060 and deleted the drivers via device manager.
Switched to the MS basic display driver, rebooted, Nvidia driver installed automatically, rebooted and now the RTX 2060 is working properly.

How would I redo the OS though so no more hiccups show up and I encounter any more problems?

Device manager reports this error again as it worked perfectly yesterday for a bit.
NVidia RTX 2060 "Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43)"
I will proceed to "Reset this PC" in Windows recovery.
If this doesn't work I should create a new topic called "RTX 2060 stopped working".

** SOLVED **
Returned the system back to the store.

I was also experiencing the same issues as some people on the forum where mentioning. The system would freeze and it would hang the audio making a buzzing sound. No, I did not have the Predator Sense app running or doing any gaming. All I was doing was uninstalling a few apps when it happened. Possible problem with the video card maybe?
