Blue screen system-exception-error igdkmdnd64.sys - SF314-510G-502Q

My ACER SF314-510G-502Q is suffering from blue screen problem.Stop code is SYSTEM-SERVICE-EXCEPTION with igdkmdnd64.sys,its always happen when i was using google meet.Anyone help pls?

    Try downgrading to 27.20.100.9040   There is some known bugs in the intel Xe drivers which are cauing blue screens. On another thread the lateste latest version may also be stable 27.20.100.9616 but id go with the acer version untill intel fix the issues

    That's the Intel graphics which is causing it, we have seen it a few times as  Intel have foobard their drivers . 

    In device manager what's the version of the Intel driver it's running? Usually the one which Acer hosts on the update / support site ( https://www.acer.com/ac/en/ID/content/support-product/8619) is 100% stable, and the one that the intel dsa tool gives you is stable most of the time

    The only difference between the dg1 and Uma is version, so have a try with the newer one first :)

    Uninstall and reinstall the google meet app.

    My ACER have two graphic card which is intel iris xe graphic with driver version 27.20.100.9466 , and the second graphic card which is intel iris xe MAX graphic with driver version 27.20.100.9466 .Is it my graphic card problem?if yes , what should i do?
