Useless after sales service.

I dropped my swift 5 and broke the screen. I contacted the 3rd party official Acer service center in Malaysia in January!Still waiting for a quote.

I recently followed up with another email and then a phone call. Still nothing.

Can someone give me Acer Taiwan's email so I can escalate the issue to them and make them aware of the useless service we're dealing with here in Malaysia that is surely affecting the Acer brand name.

I am very sorry to hear this Kenzo51, unfortunately, the Acer community is not a channel for escalations or a direct Acer support services, this is designed as a peer to peer support only in which users like you, help other users to try to resolve mostly software issues (in some cases hardware) with troubleshooting tips etc. As for any contact information from Taiwan, if you go to our worldwide site and click under Taiwan, you will look for the support tab and click there and then get support, and all the phone numbers or information needed is listed here: https://www.acer.com/ac/zh/TW/content/support

What is the contact service center that you're in contact with or left your unit for a quote? Can you share a link, location, and phone number for this center? Can you send me a private message with the screenshot of the email you sent them or any contact information that you have to validate this information and that we could follow up with if needed?
