Why did my chrome book stop working and won’t charge? It’s not the charger and did a hard reset.

My chrome book was working one day and then not the next. The charging light doesn’t come on either. Why did it just suddenly stop working?

If it does show you a black screen and doesn't turn on you can just push and hold down the power button and the refresh button, which is the 4th button from the ESC button that looks like a circular arrow for 30 to 40 secs after disconnecting it from the charger and check with it.

Also try to check with different chargers if you happen to have.

Hope it should make a difference.

Try to Hard reset your Chromebook

1. Turn off your Chromebook.
2. Press and hold Refresh + tap Power .
3. When your Chromebook starts up, release Refresh .
