Hello,

I have purchased the desktop mentioned in the title and I've noticed that the Windows Key doesn't work. According to a post that I've read this may be fixed from the PredatorSense app, Advanced Settings. However, the only option I can see there is related to temperature units. I'm mentioning that I'm using the latest version of PredatorSense, as shipped with the system, but the issue replicates even if downloading and installing it from Acer's support page. I've also upgraded the BIOS firmware to the latest available version, R01-A2, I didn't check/notice if the issue was present while running on the shipped version.

My guess is that some entry is missing from the below registry path:

May you please, guys having similar product or just PredatorSense app installed, help me by checking your registry and suggest what key should I add in order to make the option to appear? Any other solution that would make the Windows Key to work is welcomed, I'm not on the US region and I'm not able to directly contact Acer's non-local support team.

Thank you!

    P. S.: Just to avoid confusion, by Windows Key I mean the two keys present on the keyboard, not the license key.

Which keybaord are you using? Some have windows "lock out" keys on them (it probabely isnt but its worth a check!), and when you re install, did you uninstall first?

The one shipped with the system, having the Predator logo, model DKUSB1P0M6:

I've tried a different keyboard, from other brand, and for that one the Windows keys worked, but I would like to use this one in order to have the colors synced across it, system and mouse.

There was nothing to install/uninstall about it, it was/is configured automatically.

    P. S.: Oh, thanks, Leostat! After your comment I've searched what "lock out" key means and I've found it as "MR" on top-right. Pressing is turns off the related indicator and makes the Windows keys to work. (solution)
