Swift 5 SF514-55TA display word blur

Just bought a Swift 5 SF514-55TA....found out the word sometimes seem to be blur. Like when opening the properties, settings, device manager. Reality it is more blur than the attached picture.

If you head to start -> Cleartype , and go through the config does that make it sharper?

And before that just to check, is the monitor at the native res and on 100% scaling?

Hi Yihui,

Try to do power drain,

1. Shutdown the unit.
2. Unplug the cables connected to the unit.
3. At bottom of the unit there will be a small tiny pin hole with a battery symbol close to it. Take a pin or a paper clip insert into it you feels like pressing a button hold it for 20-30 seconds. ​
