Yes, you have a 4GB onboard memory and a slot for an upgrade, you can upgrade up to 20GB(4GB onboard+16GB) with a DDR4 2666MHz/3200MHz SODIMM module or you can install any other combination like:
4GB onboard+4GB
4GB onboard+8GB
Avoid any modules with XMP profile, like HyperX or Corsair modules.

Hi,
Yes, you have 4GB onboard memory at the moment, you can insert a 4GB, 8GB, or a 16GB DDR4 2666MHz module in the empty slot, make sure that you don't have a warranty warning sticker in one of the screws at the base cover if you have a warranty warning sticker you have to get the upgrade done by Acer Service centre in your country.
