Hello. I just unplugged my laptop charger for some reason yesterday. And today morning, i just plugged the charger again while it is on. As soon as i plug the charger in, the screen gone black and the charging led doesn't turn on too. Power button also not working.
So i removed battery and pressed the power button 30 seconds but it didn't work. I also left the laptop for 1 hours but didnt work.
Please help me 😭😭

    Hi Jason8098,

It looks like hardware issue. Let the unit charge for sometime 4-5 hrs and then try to turn ON if the issue happens contact the below link send it for repair service.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. i just left my laptop for about 1 week. And put my charger in, and the laptop turned on and successfully booted. But when i see the battery icon, it says 255% charged and also in HWMonitor, battery voltage is 0V.
So when i unplug the charger, the power goes out.

I tried to reset the battery by pressing the small hole at the bottom with a needle for 10 secs but, didnt work. I also tried several ways like cmos reset battery cable re-attaching but didn't work.

Is there any other methods that i can try?

    Hi Jason8098,

    # Try to update the battery driver

    1. Hold windows key and hit letter X.
    2. Choose the device manager option.
    3. Go with the option battery.
    4. Under the title battery.
Update Battery Drivers in Windows EASILY - Driver Easy
    5. Right click on that option ----> Update all driver under the title battery.
    6. Choose "search automatically".

Check this T/S and post the result.

It says "the best drivers for yoyr device are already installed." Both drivers are giving same message.
I also tried removing the driver but still same.
