What could be wrong with my gn246hl monitor?

1 week ago my monitor stopped work. The battery diode didnt light any more, and on the monitor one as well. So I bought new 1:1 battery. I just got it the diode on battery work now [obioviosly] but monitor still dont respond. My computer can see that monitor tho. 

Before that I had issue with it that it turned on and on again until it didnt run for 7 minutes. [This sound stupid but I did record it for prov] some times monitor started work imidently when i oppened my web. But shuted down when I close it... 

so main question is what can I do to fix it what shoudl I look at. I dont have manuals since its bought monitor from other person.
