Audio Input Only on Microphone Array Even with Headphones Connected (Nitro 5 AN515-55-56R)

I was in the lobby in Valorant and talking to via in-game voice chat. I went back to the desktop. Then when I went back to Valoran, my mic was muted and can't hear them too but the game's sound is okay. I cannot unmute myself. I checked my microphone and it's not working. I tried using it on other devices, and it worked perfectly fine.

I tried checking for microphone level/volume, and whenever I make a sound near the laptop's mic, the bar goes up. when in my headphone's mic, it's not moving an inch. The output device is on Headphone while the input device is only on Microphone Array, the ones near the camera. No other option available except for Stereo Mix.

Pls help. I just got this laptop a month ago and I can't fix it.
