This is an issue that's been plaguing one of our displays at work for a few weeks now. We have an EB1 display for one of our computers, and it has started to give us screen static. On first powering up the screen seems fine. After a few minutes one can begin to notice a line down the center of the screen. A few minutes more and the left half of the screen turns to green and white static, separated into columns; the right half works fine. This happens using both HDMI and VGA, and on both Windows 10 computers and a Macbook Pro. Is this an issue that can be repaired by us, or is the screen done for?
Model No.: EB321HQ
Version: Awi
Mfg Date: February 2019

Wait ! Did you say this display using HDMI and VGA under Windows PC and Macbook Pro both experiencing the same problem?

If you are sure the VGA and HDMI cables were firmly connected ( for the VGA connector, the screws were tighten) and this problem happened to both Windows PC and Macbook, then I'll say this display is gone. But this is a rather new display ?

    Still under warranty?

Yeah, the gradual failure points away from it being a cable problem. Likely it's time to replace it. :(
