Not able to register my product

I have purchased Acer nitro but when I am trying to register the product it says SN not found. Please let me know what I need to do

    Once you turn on the Nitro(when you see the Acer logo) keep pressing the F2 repeatedly so that it will take you to BIOS and in the BIOS you can see the serial number, with the help of it you can get the right serial number and register the unit. After getting the serial number from the BIOS press F10 and press enter to come out of the BIOS.
    Still if you have issue in registering the product you can always call Acer support and they will register your unit under your name.

    I tried it and found that serial number which I was entering is the correct one. So I had to call customer care. They sent a different link to register the product. End Customer Registration (acer.co.in)

    I tried it and found that serial number which I was entering is the correct one. So I had to call customer care. They sent a different link to register the product. End Customer Registration (acer.co.in). But I am still waiting for acknowledgement.

    Hi Nikhil369,

    Once you update the details it will take 1-2 business days to reflect in the database. So you will receive acknowledgement in this TAT. If you don't receive call the acer support they will provide you a Case.Id for for ref.

    Yes, you have to register it within the same country or else they won't have your SNID in their database.

    I have registered it through the URL shared by Acre customer care and got the acknowledgement. But still I can't see it on this link My Products (acer.com). If it gets displayed here I can extend warranty for the product.
