There Is Error Code (0x80070424) while i try to update windows

hi , i need some help regarding my windows it's showing up errors while i try to update it . I tried to run the troubleshooter also then also nothing was happened and in services application i cannot see windows update . My Microsoft Store is also not opening when i try to open the store it just loads and gets closed automatically .

    In start -> Services are these three set to running : 
     Background Intelegent transfer service
     windows update
     Workstation 

    If ot, double click and start them and try again :) If that doesnt work we need to check the event log to see why its complaining

    I cannot see windows update in services :(

    Well theres your problem i think, its not a domain joined work PC is it? If not try running this in powershell:

    I tried the same way you told me but nothing happened :(

    What was the output from the powershell command you ran?

    nope that was not the screenshot from the powershell command i ran. And my pc is working fine now i reseted my windows and the problem was fixed i did that by choosing a option of keep the files and reset the pc. now the problem is solved and again thanks for helping me it means a lot :)
