OK. Go to the BIOS Main tab and make sure the F12 boot and D2D recovery options are enabled. Then F10 to save settings and exit. Then shut the machine off. Then turn it back on and immediately press and hold the ALT key while tapping the F10 key. A recovery screen should appear to allow you to refresh the machine while trying to save personal files and programs or an erase everything factory reset. If the recovery screen doesn't appear or gives an error message, then set and save a BIOS supervisor passwork in the BIOS Security tab. Try the cold boot ALT+F10 method again.

I followed all your instructions, the "No bootable Device" screen always appears Running F12 instead, the attached screen comes out, but without any choice

Set and save a supervisor password. Then re-enter the BIOS menu with the password and disable secure boot. Then shut the machine off again. Then press and hold the ALT+F10 keys. While still holding the keys, turn the machine on. A recovery menu should now appear.

Your notebook booted from an unreplaceable soldered emmc chip. Either the chip has failed or its system files were somehow corrupted. On another computer, you can make a bootable Win10 installation USB thumbdrive using Microsoft's media creation tool. that you use to try to re-install Win10  on the emmc chip.

After creating the USB installation thumbdrive, insert it in the laptop turned off. Then turn it on and immediately start tapping the F12 key to allow booting from the USB thumbdrive and re-installing Win10
